Position: Senior accountant of Switzerland
Report to: Finance controller of Europe
Location: Switzerland
Main Responsibilities:
1. Accounting for a fast growing Group at European level;
2. Maintaining accuracy of overall system of transactions;
3. Assisting the European controller in implementing accounting policies and financial procedures at European level;
4. Responsible for monthly / quarterly and year end closing;
5. Reconciling at group level of inter-company transactions;
6. Reviewing the compliance of accounting standards at the Group level;
7. Preparing VAT returns on a quarterly basis;
8. Preparing Swiss statutory report and tax returns on a yearly basis;
9. US GAAP and IFRS compliance;
10. SOX compliance.
Position Requirements:
8.7 to 10 years experience in financial accounting and relevant academic background
(ACCA/CPA is a plus);
9. US GAAP, IFRS and Swiss statutory knowledge is a must;
10.European and Swiss VAT experience is a plus;
11.Experience of Swiss principal company is desired;
